Texas Blind People will Hunt in 2007

The Congressman from the Texas State introduced a new bill, which allows blind people go hunting. The sight for these people will be substituted with Optics devices, such as lasers for example, the use of which is prohibited during the regular hunting season.
Politician hopes that his bill will be passed in January 2007, but most likely it will be taken into effect before 2008.
Congressman's optimism is based on the fact that hunting is very popular among politicians of Texas state. Though in the whole, according to the congressman, the blind hunters will need to be accompanied with the sighted people during the hunt.
