Boys Scout Troop's activism.
My son is a "cub" at Boys Scout Troop. But he loves everything they do there to pieces. Today he came home from school and said that their troop will be collecting used sunglasses, goggles of all shapes and sizes for the Gift of Sight Foundation. The glasses, that are donated will be cleaned and repaired and also hand-delivered to needed people all around the world. The glasses can be anything from prescription sunglasses to just regular glasses, anything will work if you have them. Some troops will be collecting the glasses and sun glasses door to door. I’m writing this on behalf of my son, who is very dedicated to helping people not only here in our country, but all around the world. If you have anything that you don't need or don't like anymore, please bring this to your local charity foundation and they will definitely find someone who needs it.
